This Maple townhouse had the kind of look that blends in easily. White windows with grills at the front, a slightly different feel at the back, and small inconsistencies that don’t stand out at first but keep the home from feeling fully resolved. It wasn’t one obvious issue. It was everything being just a little out of sync.
A consistent approach across the home
All eight windows were replaced across both the front and the back of the house.

Each draftLOCK window was custom-made for its exact opening, finished in black on the exterior and white on the inside. Removing the grills immediately simplified the look, but the bigger impact comes from the consistency. Nothing feels out of place. Everything works together.

What changed outside
From the street, the black frames bring structure to the brick. The upper windows sit more naturally within the roofline, while the main level looks cleaner and more defined.

At the back, the difference is just as noticeable. The new windows align in proportion and finish, giving the entire home a more cohesive appearance from every angle.

Built to fit, installed to last
Each window was built specifically for this home, then installed, insulated, and sealed to sit properly within the existing structure. The final result looks clean because everything was measured, made, and fitted with precision.

“The installation team came in and just got it done. No adjustments, no issues.”
If your home feels close but not quite there, it’s often in the details coming together.
