Some homes change gradually over time.
This one changed all at once.
The homeowners in Milton decided not to replace one or two windows and revisit the project years later. Instead, they invested in a complete transformation, replacing all twenty-eight windows with DraftLOCK Slim Series windows, installing a new steel entry door, and finishing the project with a beautiful Euro door leading to the backyard.
It was one decision that reshaped both the home’s appearance and how it feels every day.
A Modern Look That Still Feels Like Home
Before the renovation, the windows had simply reached the point where they no longer matched the home’s style or today’s performance standards. Rather than mixing old and new, the homeowners wanted a clean, consistent look across the entire property.
The new graphite exterior frames instantly add definition and contrast, giving the home a contemporary character without changing its original charm. Inside, the white frames brighten every room and create a timeless finish that will never go out of style.
The result is a home that looks thoughtfully designed from every angle.
Comfort You Can Feel
A full-house window replacement isn’t only about curb appeal.
By replacing all the windows at the same time, the homeowners improved the house’s overall performance. Better insulation helps reduce drafts, keeps indoor temperatures more consistent throughout the seasons, and makes every room feel more comfortable. It’s an investment that will continue to pay off long after the installation is complete.
“We wanted everything to match, so doing the whole house made the most sense. The finished result exceeded our expectations, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish.”
Opening the Backyard to Everyday Living
One of the most exciting additions is the new Euro door.
Unlike a traditional sliding patio door, its folding panels open into a wide, unobstructed passage, making the backyard feel like a natural extension of the home. Whether it’s hosting friends, watching the kids play outside, or carrying dinner out to the patio, the space simply works better.
The integrated retractable screen is another feature the homeowners appreciate. It stays hidden when not in use and smoothly slides into place whenever fresh air is welcome, keeping insects outside while letting the breeze in.
